With no coatings or surface treatment, the raw aluminium begins its ageing process from the table’s inception. Scratches and small surface irregularities will likely be present - both from the source material and manufacturing process - creating character which will be added to over time. The piece will develop a patina naturally and unique to your use; fingerprints, stains and oxidation.
